Designed around our "You Do Balloons DIY Garland Kit", this class is intended to teach you the skills and understanding needed to create a basic balloon garland. Whether you're a seasoned pro or have been too afraid to work with balloons before - we got you. You'll learn helpful tips and instructions for all skill levels.
